Saucy Strawberry Pie

Ingredients:
1 - Cup strawberry juice
2 - Cups sugar
1 - Tablespoon cornstarch
4 - Cups fresh Strawberries, sliced
1 - Baked 9-inch Pastry Shell
Whipped Cream

Directions:
Combine juice, sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Cool. Place strawberries in pastry shell and pour sauce over strawberries. Top with whipped cream. Chill

Yield: 4-6 Servings
